The RMC has paid seasonal positions for those interested in rewarding outdoor work in the northern Presidential range. Experienced workers and first-time applicants are welcome.
The positions include trail crew members, caretakers at our camps, and a field supervisor who oversees the trail crews and the camps. Employees enjoy close teamwork and gain valuable experience working with the hiking public who use our trails and camps.
Schedule and Benefits
Trail crew positions are for summer and early fall, and camp caretakers are hired for all four seasons of the year. Hiring occurs on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply early for summer positions.
Benefits include both wages and local housing; when not at the camps or camping during a work week, employees stay at the RMC’s Stearns Lodge in Randolph.
