Board of Directors

The RMC is led and managed by a volunteer board of fifteen directors who meet throughout the year, in Randolph. Elected by club members at the Annual Meeting every August, they serve staggered three-year terms, and collectively have the powers and duties of a Board under New Hampshire law. Members also elect the President, and the directors choose the other officers. The board appoints a separate Nominating Committee to propose a slate of new directors and a President each year.
