A summer working on the RMC trails or a winter up the camps can be a special experience, and for many employees it’s the beginning of a relationship with the club that lasts much longer. Our “alumni” are often well-qualified to serve in our ongoing work as volunteers, with their knowledge of our trails and facilities, technical skills and commitment to [our mission].
Opportunities for involvement: Employee alumni serve on the board of directors; others as committee chairs or members, regular trail volunteers or resource experts for training newer employees.
