Revised Edition, 108 pages, 24 photos, 7 appendices, transcribed and edited by Al Hudson, RMC Archivist, 2009.

In the late summer of 1899 George F. Moore and Charles C. Torrey contracted with John H. Boothman to build them a log cabin near Spur Brook opposite Chandler Fall at the 3200 foot level on the northern slope of Mt. Adams. The cabin was completed in 1900 and was a much-visited site on Spur Path, one of the major trails to the summit of Mt. Adams, until 1929, when the sadly deteriorated structure was razed by the USFS. This publication contains: a complete transcription from the original registers of the entries in the first two volumes (1900-1907, 1908-1915) plus a 3-page remnant of a "lost" third volume; 24 photographs; lists of names, hotels/inns, places, camps and paths appearing in the register. Introduction by Al Hudson.
