Events

RMC trips and events bring people together: to hike, dine, learn, enjoy a performance, make music, celebrate and remember. They’re held in or near Randolph, everyone is welcome and all are free (except fundraisers). If you would like to meet the volunteers who make up the RMC, or become a volunteer or a member yourself, an event is a great way to get connected.

See the calendar below to find out what’s coming up, and learn more about major events below on this page. Although our events now take place year-round, many are in July and August, continuing the social and recreational traditions begun by Randolph’s summer residents in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.  The creative, do-it-yourself spirit of this era lives on in today’s RMC events, notably the Annual Picnic and Charades. During the summer you may also check out the Randolph Weekly listing that has all Randolph-related events.

Accessibility: Except for trail hikes, all events are held in locations accessible by persons with disabilities, and the RMC especially welcomes our community’s youngest and oldest members at gatherings. For events at outdoor sites, vehicular or in-person assistance is available; please contact the Events Chair in advance.
